摘要
目的探讨流程优化护理分诊对儿科分诊准确率及满意度的影响。方法选取我院门诊2016年4月至2018年9月收治的120例患儿作为研究对象,随机分为常规组和实验组,每组各60例。常规组采用传统护理分诊,实验组采用流程优化护理分诊,比较两组的分诊准确率和患儿家长满意度。结果实验组的分诊准确率为95.00%,明显高于常规组的83.33%(P<0.05)。实验组的分诊服务态度、分诊操作技巧、医院分诊环境、疾病询问技巧的满意度评分均明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论流程优化护理分诊应用于儿科门诊可提升就诊效率和分诊准确率,同时还可提升患儿家长的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of process-optimized nursing triage on accuracy and satisfaction degree of pediatric triage.Methods 120 children admitted to our outpatient department from April 2016 to September 2018 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into routine group and experimental group, with 60 cases in each group. The traditional nursing triage was used in the routine group, and the process-optimized nursing triage was used in the experimental group. The accuracy of triage and the satisfaction degree of children’s parents were compared between the two groups.Results The accuracy of triage in the experimental group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 83.33% in the routine group(P<0.05). The satisfaction degree scores of triage service attitude, triage operation skill,hospital triage environment and disease inquiry skill in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusions Process-optimized nursing triage applied in pediatric outpatient can improve the efficiency of visiting and the accuracy of triage, and also can improve the satisfaction degree of children’s parents.
