摘要
教育是民生之基,就业是民生之本,通过教育手段缓解特殊时期的就业压力是双重受益之举。突如其来的新冠疫情加剧了近年来就业市场的低迷状况,经济下行压力下众多中小企业陷入生存危机,预计2020年就业存量和增量都将有一定幅度的缩减,874万2020届高校毕业生将面临"史上最难毕业季"。基于此,适度扩大硕博研究生招生规模并向医疗等特殊行业倾斜的招生政策,不仅是在短期内快速稳固社会情绪、保证社会稳定的良策,而且从长远来看适度扩张研究生规模符合我国即将进入高等教育普及化时代的发展要求,有助于国民素质的整体提升,进一步促进劳动力市场结构优化,推动国家经济长足发展。
Both education and employment are the foundation of people’s livelihood. Relieving employment pressure in special periods through educational means is a double benefit. The sudden outbreak of 2019-nCoV has exacerbated the downturn in the job market in recent years. Under the downward pressure of the economy, many small and medium-sized enterprises are in a survival crisis. It is expected that the employment opportunities and growth will be reduced to a certain extent in 2020. A total of 8,740,000 college graduates in 2020 will face the "hardest graduation season in history." Therefore, increasing the enrollment in graduate schools for master’s and doctoral degrees within measures and with preference to medical and other special industries is a good policy to stabilize social emotions quickly and ensure social stability in the short term. In the long run, enrollment expansion also conforms to the development requirements of China’s upcoming era of mass higher education, contributes to the overall improvement of national quality, further promotes the optimization of labor market structure and the rapid development of the national economy.
