磁共振成像增强扫描在肝脏占位性病变诊断中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 肝脏占位性病变,简称肝占位,是指肝脏内出现局灶性病变,分为囊性及实质性占位,其中实质性占位的预后较差,在原发性肝脏占位性病变中约占85%~90%,分为恶性与良性[1]。良性主要有肝血管瘤、肝脓肿、局灶性结节性增生、肝腺瘤等,恶性主要包括混合型肝癌、肝细胞癌、继发性肝癌、肝内胆管细胞癌等[2]。目前,肝脏占位性病变的影像学检查手段包括CT、磁共振成像(MRI)、超声等,其中MRI在肝脏占位性病变诊断中起到越来越重要的作用[3]。本研究旨在探究MRI增强扫描在肝脏占位性病变诊断的中的实际应用价值。现总结如下。
