摘要
2016年4月21日,日本国立教育政策研究所正式颁布21世纪型能力框架,这是日本在全球发展核心素养大背景下课程编制原理研究的最新成果。框架表明,日本21世纪型能力由基础力、思考力和实践力构成,最终指向生存能力,具有通用性、高阶性、人文性的特点。立足于比较与借鉴的教育维度,结合我国核心素养的研制与出台,日本的21世纪型能力基于实证研究、强调学习视角、突出能力要素层级性、重视价值观教育等特点,值得我国借鉴。
On April 21,2016,the National Institute of Educational Policy Research of Japan issued the 21st Century Competency Framework,which is the latest achievement in the research of curriculum principles in Japan under the background of global key competencies development.The framework shows that 21st century competency in Japan consists of basic skill,thinking skill,and practical skill,and ultimately points to zest for living,with the characteristics of universality,high-order,and humanism.Based on the educational dimension of comparison and reference,combined with the formulation and promulgation of key competencies in China,21st century competency in Japan is worthy of reference for China in the aspects of empirical research,emphasizing learning perspective,highlighting the level of competency elements,and attaching importance to value education.
