中空纤维分子筛膜制备与应用研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 结合团队工作,重点介绍了中空纤维分子筛膜的研究进展,涉及中空纤维分子筛膜制备、膜结构优化、膜组件研制及产业推广情况.经过近10年努力,面向溶剂脱水的中空纤维分子筛膜已实现产业化.相对于溶剂脱水,气体分离对分子筛膜限域孔道微结构和膜制备工艺要求更高,在工业气体分离领域仍属空白.在综述分子筛膜制备与气体分离进展的基础上,提出气体组分调变、稀有气体分离将是中空纤维分子筛膜的重要应用领域. We summarized the development of hollow fiber zeolite membranes in our group,involving fabrication of ceramic hollow fibers,microstructural optimization,membrane module design and the commercialization.In the past decade,we realized the industrial application of hollow fiber zeolite membranes for pervaporation dehydration.However,it is more challenging,compared to organic solvent dehydration by zeolite membranes,to practical gas separation using zeolite membranes.Higher quality of the zeolite membranes,e.g.microstructure and fabrication approach,are highly desired for gas separation.In this review,we proposed gas composition modulation and noble gas separation would be an important application of hollow fiber zeolite membranes in the near future.
