磁共振帕金森综合征指数对进行性核上性麻痹预后的临床价值 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨磁共振帕金森综合征指数(MRPI)对进行性核上性麻痹(PSP)预后的临床价值。方法选取我院2014年1月至2016年1月收治的50例拟诊为进行性核上性麻痹患者,所有患者均采取MRI检查,并计算MRPI,且根据PSP评定量表评分(PSP-RS)评定,并计算PSP-RS评分和MRPI值的相关性分析,分析MRPI值跟生存时间的关系。结果 50例拟诊为进行性核上性麻痹的患者,PSPRS评分为(41.84±2.09)分、MRPI值为(17.26±2.17)分;生存患者的PSP-RS评分和MRPI值显著低于死亡患者(P<0.05)。MRPI跟PSP-RS评分之间呈现正相关性(r=0.896,P=0.008);MRPI值≤15.29的患者跟MRPI值>15.29的患者其生存时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用磁共振帕金森综合征指数可以有效的提示进行性核上性麻痹的预后和生存时间。
