摘要
玫瑰是一种具有很高观赏价值和经济价值的花卉,玫瑰酒是一种含有多种功能性成分的保健酒。我国有种植和食用玫瑰以及酿造和饮用玫瑰酒的历史,在长期的发展过程中形成了玫瑰文化和玫瑰酒文化。我国应加强对玫瑰属性和玫瑰酒功能的分析研究,大力发展玫瑰产业,增加玫瑰品种,创立更多玫瑰酒品牌,努力提高玫瑰产业的经济和社会效益。
Rose is a kind of flower with high economic value. Rose wine is a health wine with many functional components. Through the analysis of the historical development of rose and rose wine, varieties and brands, rose attributes and functions of rose wine, to carry forward the culture of rose and rose wine, has a greater role in promoting the economic and social benefits of rose industry.
