摘要
目的研究CT影像技术在肺部孤立性球形病变诊断中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1~12月入院的78例疑似肺部孤立性球形病变患者作为研究对象,所有患者均选用X射线平片与多层螺旋CT进行检查,以病理结果为金标准,比较多层螺旋CT与X射线平片检查诊断肺部孤立性球形病变的准确率、灵敏度、特异度及对各病理类型的检出率。结果CT检查诊断肺部孤立性球形病变的准确率、灵敏度明显高于X线检查(P<0.05)。CT检查诊断肺癌的正确率明显高于X线检查(P<0.05)。CT图像显示肺部孤立形球形病变边界较为清晰,典型表现为球形团块状,部分病例呈波浪状、可有毛刺现象。结论在肺部孤立性球形病变诊断中,CT影像技术的应用效果优于X线检查,其可有效鉴别病灶良恶性,还可反映病灶形态特征,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the application effect of CT imaging technology in the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary spherical lesions.Methods A total of 78 patients with suspected solitary pulmonary spherical lesions admitted from January to December 2018 were selected as the study objects and examined with X-ray plain film and multi-slice spiral CT.With pathological results as the gold standard,the accuracy,sensitivity,specificity and detection rate of each pathological type of diagnosis of solitary pulmonary spherical lesions by multi-slice spiral CT and X-ray plain film were compared.Results The accuracy and sensitivity of CT examination in diagnosing solitary pulmonary spherical lesions were significantly higher than those of X-ray examination(P<0.05).The accuracy of CT examination in diagnosing lung cancer was significantly higher than that of X-ray examination(P<0.05).CT images showed that the boundary of solitary pulmonary spherical lesions was clear,the typical manifestation was globular mass,and some cases were wavy and burry.Conclusion In the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary spherical lesions,the application effect of CT imaging technology is better than that of X-ray,it can effectively distinguish the benign and malignant lesions,and also reflect the morphological characteristics of the lesions,which is worth popularizing.
