摘要
碘是合成甲状腺激素的主要原料,成人每天需要摄入一定量的碘,过多、过少都会引发甲状腺疾病,因此有必要测定生活饮用水的碘含量。通过ICP-MS测定,对水进行硝酸酸化处理,在超声振荡0.5 min后,再用ICP-MS进行检测。试验结果表明,ICP-MS测定方法的标准偏差为0.78%~2.02%,该方法准确度较高,适合用来测定生活饮用水中的碘含量,值得推广和应用。相关部门可以采用该方法来控制碘含量,保证成人的每天碘摄取量。
Iodine is the main raw material for the synthesis of thyroid hormones,adults need to consume a certain amount of iodine every day,too much or too little can cause thyroid disease,so it is necessary to determine the iodine content in drinking water.In this paper,ICP-MS was used to determine the nitric acid treatment of water,after 0.5 min of ultrasonic vibration,ICP-MS was used for detection.The test results show that the standard deviation of the ICP-MS method is 0.78%to 2.02%,this method has high accuracy and is suitable for determining the iodine content in drinking water,which is worthy of promotion and application.Relevant departments can use this method to control iodine content and ensure the adult’s daily iodine intake.
