摘要
采用石墨炉原子吸收法,探讨用直接进样法和微波消解法分别测定2个白酒质控样品中的铅,结果表明,2个质控样品分别用两种方法处理,3次测定结果均在证书给定的范围内,且直接进样测定结果重复性明显优于微波消解进样。在测定白酒中的铅时,直接进样法简便快捷、安全环保、准确度、重复性好。
Pb content in two liquor quality control samples by GFAAS with direct sampling and microwave digestion.The results of three measurements were within the scope of certificates with two different methods,and the repeatability of direct sampling is better than microwave digestion.Direct injection is a simple,fast,safe,environmentally friendly,accurate and reproducible method.
