强碱三元驱油剂及结垢颗粒对乳状液稳定性的影响 被引量:5

Influences of the strong-alkali-ASP oil-displacing agent and scaling particle on the emulsion stability

摘要 针对强碱三元复合驱采出液乳化严重的问题,通过室内模拟方法对比研究了强碱三元驱油剂及结垢颗粒对乳状液稳定性的影响,并基于稳态浓相体积增比、油相含水率和水相含油量对数据进行了分析。结果表明:三元体系中NaOH质量分数从0.8%增加到1.2%,乳状液的稳定性降低,油滴的聚并速率常数增加、稳态浓相体积增比降低、油相含水率和水相含油量均降低;三元体系中表面活性剂质量分数从0.1%增加到0.4%,稳态浓相体积增比增加了2倍;增大三元体系溶液黏度,乳状液的稳定性提高;在三元体系中,SiO2和FeS结垢颗粒质量浓度增加会促进乳状液的稳定性,而增加CaCO3结垢颗粒的质量浓度会降低乳状液的稳定性。研究成果可以根据采出液中化学剂和结垢颗粒的质量浓度高低识别采出液乳状液稳定性,并采取有效的治理措施。 Aiming at the serious emulsification problem of the produced liquid by the strong-alkali ASP flooding, with the help of the indoor simulating method, the influences of the strong-alkali-ASP oil-displacing agent and scaling particle on the emulsion stability were contrasted and studied, and furthermore on the bases of the volume incremental ratio of the concentrated phase, the water content in the oil phase and the oil content in the water phase of the steady state, the data were analyzed. The results show that when the NaOH mass fraction in the ASP system was increased from 0.8% to 1.2%, the stability of the emulsion was decreased, and the aggregation rate constant of the oil droplets was increased, and the volume incremental ratio of the steady concentrated phase was decreased as well as both the water cut in the oil phase and the oil content in the water phase;the surfactant mass fraction in the ASP system was increased from 0.1% to 0.4%, the volume incremental ratio of the steady concentrated phase was increased by 2 times;the stability of the emulsion was improved was improved by increasing the viscosity of the ASP system solution;in the ASP system, increasing the mass concentrations of SiO2 and FeS scaling particles can promote the stability of the emulsion, while increasing the mass concentration of CaCO3 scaling particles can reduce the stability of the emulsion. The research results can recognize the stability of the produced liquid according to the mass concentration degrees of the chemicals in the liquid and the scaling particles, and moreover the affective countermeasures can be adopted.
