通过真石漆施工技术的实际应用和现场管理经验总结,系统而全面地分析真石漆施工的各种影响因素(人、机、料、法、环)所具有的特点和注意事项,从管理视角探讨全新的解决方案。从技能和管理两个维度综合探讨真石漆施工技术管理,从而取得良好的观感质量和耐久性能,达到良好的施工效果和顾客满意度。
Based on the actual application of real stone paint construction technology and on-site management experience, a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the characteristics and precautions of various influencing factors(man, machine, material, method,environment) of real stone paint construction is conducted, and new solutions are explored from management perspectives. The real stone paint construction technology management is discussed from the two dimensions of skills and management, so as to obtain good visual quality and durability, and achieve good construction results and customer satisfaction.
