摘要
为解决传统取油工具易发生喷油、漏油及取油工具掉落等问题,缩短和精简取油作业时间与工序,研制了一种既能保证人身、设备安全,又能提高工作效率的便携式成套取油装置。制定了便携式成套取油装置设计方案,并制作出便携式成套取油装置,该装置包括连接控制装置、废油收集装置和工具背包装置,经实训基地和实际应用成效表明,该套装置具有很好的应用前景,能够大大提升工作效率。
In order to solve the problems that traditional oil extraction tools are prone to fuel injection,oil leakage and oil extraction tools falling,and shorten and simplify the oil extraction operation time and procedures,a new method that can ensure the safety of people and equipment and improve work efficiency portable complete oil extraction device.In this paper,the design of a portable oil extraction device is formulated,and a portable oil extraction device is produced.The device includes a connection control device,a waste oil collection device,and a tool backpack device.The training base and actual application results show that the device has a good application prospect and can greatly improve work efficiency.
