摘要
文中以马兰矿10505工作面低抽巷松散软弱围岩作为工程背景,采用理论分析、现场实测等方法,分析了软岩巷道变形规律特征,基于此,提出了软岩巷道控制原则,形成了软岩巷道控制思路,开发了马兰矿10505工作面低抽巷松散软弱围岩控制技术:(1)围岩注浆+中空注浆锚索强化围岩形成高强度锚固体;(2)高强度护表+“三高锚杆”+预应力锚索二次强化围岩,促使浅部-深部岩体一体化;(3)混凝土厚喷层封闭围岩防风化+支护结构合理补偿。该技术成功应用于试验巷道,控制效果良好,可为类似软岩巷道、低抽巷围岩控制提供参考,具有一定指导意义。
Based on the loose and weak surrounding rock of 10505 low-drainage roadway in Malan Mine,in this paper,the deformation characteristics of soft rock roadway were analyzed by theoretical analysis and field measurement.Based on this,the soft rock roadway control principle was proposed and the soft rock roadway control ideas were formed.The control idea of rock roadway had been developed the control technology of loose and weak surrounding rock of 10505 low-drainage roadway in Malan Mine:(1)high-strength anchor was formed by adding the surrounding rock grouting and the hollow grouting anchor cable to strengthen surrounding rock;(2)surrounding rock was strengthened once again by adding high-strength protection table and"three high anchor rods"to promote shallow-to-deep rock mass integration;(3)Concrete thick spray layer closed surrounding rock weathering and support structure reasonable compensation.The technology had been successfully applied to the test roadway,and the control effect was good.It could provide reference for the surrounding rock control of soft rock roadway and low pumping roadway,which had certain guiding significance.
