外伤性气迷路致全聋一例

A case of total deafness caused by traumatic pneumolabyrinth

摘要 本文报道南京医科大学附属儿童医院一例右侧外耳道异物患儿,全麻下行异物取出术,术后出现眩晕和听力下降,CT提示耳蜗积气,经保守治疗后症状改善。随访1年,患儿右耳鼓膜大穿孔,中耳腔结构暴露,重度感音神经性听力损失。
