摘要
目的探讨耳鼻喉科护理管理中开展目标管理的效果。方法该院于2018年5月开始实施目标管理,因此择取2017年12月-2018年4月期间该院耳鼻喉科收治的42例患者为对照组,行常规护理管理,以及2018年5月-2019年3月收治的42例患者为观察组,行目标管理,比较两组患者护理质量评分和护理满意度。结果观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度95.24%高于对照组78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标管理在耳鼻喉科护理管理中的实施能够有效提升科室护理质量,进而提高患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of target management in ENT nursing management. Methods The hospital started to implement target management in May 2018. Therefore, 42 patients admitted to the hospital’s ENT department between December 2017 and April 2018 were selected as the control group for routine nursing management and 42 patients admitted from May 2018 to March 2019 were the observation group and performed target management. The nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the nursing group was95.24% higher than that of the control group, 78.57%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of goal management in ENT nursing management can effectively improve the quality of department nursing, and then improve patient satisfaction with nursing services.
