摘要
目的:观察自拟益气健脾防感汤治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:将94例反复呼吸道感染患儿按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各47例。对照组患儿给予常规西药治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上加用自拟益气健脾防感汤治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、临床症状改善时间以及治疗前后中医证候积分、T淋巴细胞亚群、反复呼吸道感染的发作频率与持续时间。结果:对照组有效率为78.72%,观察组有效率为93.62%,两组患儿有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后中医证候积分低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+水平均高于本组治疗前,CD8+水平均低于本组治疗前,观察组患儿治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+水平均高于对照组,CD8^+水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后反复呼吸道感染的发作频率及持续时间均低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气健脾防感汤治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染,可明显改善患儿免疫功能,降低发作频率和持续时间。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Jianpi Fanggan Decoction(益气健脾防感汤,YQJPEGD)on Childhood Recurrent Respiratory Infection.Method:94 children with Childhood Recurrent Respiratory Infection were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with YQJPEGD on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,improvement time of clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome score,T lymphocyte subsets,attack frequency and duration of Childhood Recurrent Respiratory Infection were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 78.72% in the control group and 93.62%in the observation group.Comparing the efficiency of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).The level of CD3^+ and CD4^+ in the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the level of CD8^+ was lower than that before treatment.The level of CD3^+ and CD4^+ in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,the level of CD8+was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency and duration of Childhood Recurrent Respiratory Infection in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:YQJPEGD can improve children's immune function,reduce the frequency and duration of attack in the treatment of patients with Childhood Recurrent Respiratory Infection.
