摘要
为了减少环境复杂、空间狭小、积水等因素对井下变电所、大型输送带输送机巷道等场所巡检工作的影响,黄陵一号煤矿采用ZX127矿用自动巡检机器人替代或辅助人工作业。从该巡检机器人组成及功能出发,结合其主要优点及性能,在井下皮带机巷道和井下变电所分别开展实际应用。实践发现,该巡检机器人可监测设备局部表面异常高温、局部空间异常温度变化、突发气体异常变化及爆炸等异响、顶板和侧帮的变形,以及皮带机托辊、滚筒是否损坏等;同时,能够实现不同岗位区域语音警示提示、井上井下视频通话指挥作业,遥控机器人指向照明和测温。
In order to reduce the influence of complex environment,narrow space,water accumulation and other factors on the inspection work of underground substation,large conveyor tunnel and other places,the ZX127 mine automatic inspection robot was used in Huangling No.1 mine instead of manual work.Based on the function,main advantages and performance of the inspection robot,it is applied in the underground belt conveyor tunnel and underground substation.The practice shows that the inspection robot can monitor the abnormal high temperature on the local surface of the equipment,the abnormal temperature change in the local space,the abnormal change of the gas,the deformation of the roof and side wall,and the damage of the belt conveyor idler and roller,and realize the voice warning in different post areas,the video communication and command operation,and the remote lighting and temperature measurement.
