摘要
第六次全国人口普查数据显示,40-59岁人群数量比例较大,20年后他们将进入老年人行列,随着传统的家庭养老模式观念改变,农村养老问题更加严峻,养老资源更加紧张,中年农村居民未来的养老问题成为社会难题。以襄阳市为抽样总体,随机抽取4个乡村,对符合标准的158名中年农村居民进行问卷调查,经过对调查数据统计分析,中年农村居民对未来养老生活的担忧多集中在经济方面,商业养老保险和新农保的参保率均有待提高。此外,中年农村居民既偏爱家庭养老模式,又担忧子女负担过重的矛盾心理,促使了自我养老新理念的崛起。基于此,政府应着力于推动养老资金的社会化、养老生活的家庭化,以构建一套完整的多元化养老保障体系。
Data from the sixth national census show that the proportion of people aged 40-59 is relatively large.They will enter the ranks of the elderly 20 years later.With the change of the traditional concept of the family pension model,the rural pension problem is more severe and the pension resources are more tight.The problem of middle-aged rural residents'future retirement has become a social problem.Taking Xiangyang City of Hubei as a sampling population,randomly selected 4 villages,and conducted a questionnaire survey on 158 middle-aged rural residents who met the standards.According to the survey data,middle-aged rural residents are mostly concerned about their future retirement life.In terms of economy,the participation rates of commercial endowment insurance and new rural insurance need to be improved.In addition,middle-aged rural residents not only prefer the family pension model,but also worry about the ambivalence of overburdening their children,which has led to the rise of a new concept of self-care for the elderly.Based on this,the government should focus on pension funds to promote social,family oriented pension life,to build a complete set of diversified pension system.
