摘要
介绍了新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防护物资应急保障的工作难点,分析了解放军总医院第五医学中心应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的保障方案及应对措施,得出了建立疫情预警机制、规范诊疗秩序、建立绿色采购通道和加强信息化建设的启示,可为突发公共卫生事件的决策和部署提供借鉴和指导意义。
The problems were pointed in the emergency support of the protective supplies during the responses to COVID-19 outbreak.The Fifth Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital had its support scheme and countermeasures analyzed comprehensively,and it's suggested that to enhance the responses to COVID-19 outbreak epidemic early warning system be established,medical service procedure be standardized,easy purchasing channel be constructed and informatization be strengthened.References and guidance were provided for the decision making and responses to public medical emergencies.
