摘要
本文基于粉末冶金工艺完成了多孔高氮奥氏体不锈钢的制备,实验表明采用高温气体渗氮工艺能够有效将双相不锈钢材料转化为奥氏体不锈钢,可在显微组织中发现CrN相析出物。制备出的多孔高氮奥氏体不锈钢在力学性能、耐腐蚀性能上呈现出明显优势,能够有效实现对双相不锈钢材料的综合强化。
In this paper,based on porous powder metallurgy process completed the preparation of high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel,the results show that using high temperature gas nitriding process can effectively convert duplex stainless steel material to austenitic stainless steel,can be found in the microstructure of CrN phase precipitates were porous high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel on the mechanical properties of corrosion resistance show obvious advantage,can effectively achieve the comprehensive strengthening of duplex stainless steel material.
