摘要
介绍了35 kt/a丁二烯装置技术改造情况。针对生产过程中蒸汽压力变化较大引起的解析塔温度变化较大,装置难以稳定操作的情况,改变再沸器的加热方式,将由原来的在换热器出口控制改为换热器的蒸汽入口控制。实际运用结果表明,减少了因管网蒸汽压力波动造成解析塔灵敏板温度的波动,降低了丁二烯产品中乙烯基乙炔含量,提高了丁二烯产品质量,并降低了蒸汽能耗,解析塔运行时间从6个月提高至3年。
The 35,000 t capable butadiene process units of Jinxing chemical plant were remolded and optimized.It was changed for using steam as heat resource in tower bottoms,and added numbers of reboilers of desorption towers.Therefore,the units run more steadily,steam consumption got decreasing and desorption towers working time were prolonged.
