摘要
目的探讨个性化延续性护理对变应性鼻炎(AR)儿童的影响情况。方法选取2017年10月~2018年3月我院收治的220例AR患儿,依据护理措施不同分为常规护理组和个性化延续性护理组,每组各110例。常规护理组给予常规护理,个性化延续性护理组在常规护理的基础上给予个性化延续性护理,比较两组喷嚏减少时间、鼻分泌物减少时间、鼻黏膜消肿时间,观察两组临床效果,观察两组临床依从性。结果个性化延续性护理组喷嚏减少时间[(4.0±1.0)d]、鼻分泌物减少时间[(5.0±1.8)d]、鼻黏膜消肿时间[(6.8±1.8)d],短于常规护理组的(5.7±1.4)、(7.5±2.0)、(8.9±2.0)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。个性化延续性护理组临床总有效率为100.0%,高于常规护理组的71.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。个性化延续性护理组临床依从性高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化延续性护理可改善AR患儿临床症状,提高临床效果和患儿依从性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To approach the effect of individualized continuous nursing on children with allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 220 cases of AR children treated in our hospital from October 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into usual nursing group and personalized continuity nursing group according to difference nursing method,110 cases in each group.The usual nursing group was given usual nursing,the personalized continuing nursing group was given personalized continuity nursing based on usual nursing.Sneeze reduction time,nasal secretion reduction time,nasal mucosa swelling time were compared between two groups,and the clinical efficacy and treatment compliance of two groups were compared.Results The sneeze reduction time([4.0±1.0]d),nasal secretion reduction time([5.0±1.8]d)and nasal mucosal edema reduction time([6.8±1.8]d),in personalized continuing nursing group were shorter than those in routine nursing group for(5.7±1.4),(7.5±2.0)and(8.9±2.0)d,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of children with allergic rhinitis in individualized continuing nursing group was 100.0%,higher than that in routine nursing group(71.8%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical compliance of children with allergic rhinitis in individualized continuing nursing group was higher than that in routine nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical symptoms of AR children by personalized continuous nursing could improve,which could increase clinical effect and children′s adherence,which is worthy of promotion.
