摘要
目的探讨清金化痰汤治疗脑卒中相关肺炎痰热壅肺证的临床效果。方法选择2016年2月~2018年7月我院收治的80例脑卒中相关肺炎痰热壅肺证患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组开展常规抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用清金化痰汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后的中医症状评分、炎性指标;比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组的中医症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的中医症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比、淋巴细胞百分比、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的WBC、中性粒细胞百分比、CRP水平低于对照组,淋巴细胞百分比高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清金化痰汤治疗脑卒中相关肺炎痰热壅肺证可有效改善患者的中医症状评分,缓解炎症反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qingjin Huatan Decoction in the treatment of stroke associated pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 patients with stroke associated pneumonia typed with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung treated in our hospital from February 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antibiotics,the observation group was treated with Qingjin Huatan Decoction based on the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and inflammatory indexes before and after treatment were compare between the two groups.The treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil percentage,lymphocyte percentage,and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the WBC,neutrophil percentage,and CRP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the lymphocyte percentages was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingjin Huatan Decoction for the treatment of stroke associated pneumonia typed with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung can effectively improve patients′traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,alleviate inflammation,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
