摘要
针对负载电路瞬态恢复电压(TRV)参数调节困难的现实问题,按照国家关于低压开关电器参数的标准要求,理论分析确认调频电容Cp等参数后,在Matlab/Simulink模型中输入参数值进行仿真,修改调频电阻Rp值,直至调整出符合国家标准要求的TRV参数f和γ值。以某常规型号的接触器为例对其进行实验验证,结果表明,调节方法得出的负载电路TRV参数值处于γ=1.1±0.05、f=(77.59±7.76)kHz范围内,符合国家标准要求。
To reduce the difficulty in parameter adjustment for the load circuit transient recovery voltage(TRV),a Matlab/Simulink model was conducted for simulation based on confirmed FM capacitance Cp parameter values through analysis according to the national standards of low voltage switch devices.The values were input in the model and the FM resistance Rp values modified and adjusted until the TRV parameters f andγvalue met the requirements of the national standard.Taking a conventional contactor as an example,the results show that the TRV parameters obtained from the adjustment are in the range of γ=1.1±0.05 and f=(77.59±7.76)kHz,which meets the requirements of the national standards.
