摘要
本文通过访问网站、收集新闻资讯等方式,对江苏省15所世界一流大学和一流学科建设高校的图书馆开放获取资源建设进行调研,从中发现问题并提出针对性建议,以促进高校图书馆开放获取资源建设和发展。
This paper investigates the open access resources construction of 15 libraries in the world-class universities and first-class discipline construction universities in Jiangsu Province by visiting websites,collecting news and information.The problems are found and suggestions are put forward to promote the construction and development of open access resources in university libraries.
