摘要
为更好地通过信息技术外包来促进高校知识产权信息服务中心的建设和运行维护,提升高校知识产权信息服务的质量和效率,需要先对高校知识产权信息服务中心信息技术外包的影响因素进行分析。结合文献综述和高校知识产权信息服务中心信息技术外包的特征,从项目、主体、效益三个方面构建高校知识产权信息服务中心信息技术外包的影响因素体系。运用基于直觉模糊DEMATEL方法对昆明理工大学知识产权信息服务中心信息技术外包的影响因素进行分析。研究结果表明资源、能力、经验、和风险是影响昆明理工大学知识产权信息服务中心信息技术外包的关键要素,决策时需要着重考虑。
In order to better promote the construction,operation and maintenance of intellectual property information service center of colleges and universities through information technology outsourcing,and improve the quality and efficiency of intellectual property information service center of colleges and universities,it is necessary to analyze the influencing factors of information technology outsourcing of intellectual property information service center of colleges and universities.Based on the literature review and the characteristics of information technology outsourcing of intellectual property information service center of universities,the influencing factors system of information technology outsourcing of intellectual property information service center of universities is constructed from the aspects of project,subject and benefit.Using intuitionistic fuzzy DEMATEL method,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of information technology outsourcing in intellectual property information service center of kunming university of science and technology.The research results show that resources,capabilities,experience and risks are the key factors affecting the information technology outsourcing of the intellectual property information service center of kunming university of science and technology.
