摘要
肌肉减少症是伴随年龄增加而出现的以骨骼肌质量、肌力和功能减退为主要特征的退行性病变,其发生机制非常复杂.线粒体稳态失衡是肌肉减少症的发生机制之一.线粒体稳态受线粒体动力学、线粒体自噬、线粒体DNA和线粒体能量生成等线粒体生物功能影响,任何一个环节的破坏都会导致线粒体稳态失衡,引发肌肉减少症.本文从线粒体稳态角度对肌肉减少症发病机制进行阐述,以期为其防治提供参考.
Sarcopenia is a degenerative disease with the main characteristics of skeletal muscle mass,muscle strength and function decline with the increase of age,and its mechanism is very complex.Mitochondrial homeo-stasis imbalance is one of the mechanisms of Sarcopenia.Mitochondrial homeostasis is affected by mitochondri-al biological functions such as mitochondrial dynamics,mitochondrial autophagy,mitochondrial DNA and mito-chondrial energy generation,etc.The destruction of any link will lead to mitochondrial homeostasis imbalance and trigger Sarcopenia.The pathogenesis of Sarcopenia was described from the perspective of mitochondrial ho-meostasis to provide reference for its prevention and treatment.
