摘要
目的系统分析国内军事训练伤领域研究文献,分析军事训练伤的研究历史、现状和发展趋势,为军事训练伤领域研究提供参考和借鉴。方法采用科学知识图谱和文献计量学的理论和方法,以中国知网建库至2019年底发表的以"军事训练伤"为主题的文献做为研究对象,借助CiteSpace分析软件,分析军事训练伤领域研究的主要研究者、研究机构等情况,借助关键词聚类分析军事训练伤领域的研究方向和前沿等。结果截至2019年12月共纳入军事训练伤领域研究文献934篇,年发文量总体呈逐年上升趋势。共有2535名研究者参与该领域研究,其中发文数量最多的前三位分别是黄昌林(34)篇、张莉(16)篇、刘大雄(12)篇,发文量最多的单位分别为解放军第150中心医院、第三军医大学、第四军医大学,发表杂志以《人民军医》为代表的军事相关杂志为主。Cite Space文献计量分析显示研究主要分为九个聚类,主要涉及职业损伤、预防干预、救治和骨关节损伤等。结论有关军事训练伤研究越来越受到军队研究者和机构的重视。如何防止和减少训练伤依然是研究者的首要任务。
Objective To comprehensively analyze the literature of military training injury research in China,and to explore the history,current situation and tendency of military training injury research,so as to provide reference for academic research in the field of military training injury research in China.Methods References related to military training injury were obtained from CNKI,and then were analyzed with scientific knowledge map and the method of literature metrology using Cite Space software,to obtain main scholars,research institutions.Frontiers and directions were also obtained by keywords analysis.Results A total of 934 references in " military training injury" were obtained,with increasing tendency by years.A total of 2535 researchers participated in this field of research.Huang changlin,Zhang li and Liu daxiong were the three people published the most articles.The PLA 150 central hospital and two military medical universities were the four organizations published the most articles.Quantitative analysis with Cite Space showed that the study was mainly divided into eight clusters,mainly involving occupational injury,prevention intervention,treatment and bone and joint injury.Conclusion Military training injury has attracted more and more attention from military researchers and institutions.How to prevent and reduce training injuries remains a top priority for researchers.
