摘要
蒸汽发生器时间常数能够反映反应堆能量转换为一回路蒸汽能量的响应情况,对发电机组功率调节具有重要的作用。为了准确获取蒸汽发生器时间常数,本文提出一种蒸汽发生器时间常数测试方法。首先通过笔者设计的蒸汽发生器时间常数测试系统获取压力、温度、位移、功率等测试数据,然后在ADPSS软件上建立压水堆蒸汽发生器模型,最后通过最小二乘法使蒸汽发生器模型的仿真曲线与核电机组实测曲线一致,由此可确定蒸汽发生器时间常数。蒸汽发生器时间常数的有效获取,可以指导核电汽轮机对发电机组功率的调节节奏,防止发电机功率出现过调、调节量不足以及调节过程不稳定等现象。
The time constant of steam generators can reflect the response of the conversion of the reactor energy to the steam energy in one loop,thus plays an important role in power regulation of generator units.In order to obtain the time constant of steam generators,a time constant testing method for steam generators is proposed in this paper.Firstly,testing data including pressure,temperature,displacement and power and so on are obtained by the designed time constant testing system of steam generators.Then,the steam generator model of pressurized water reactors is built in ADPSS software.Finally,the least-square method is used to make the simulation curve of the steam generator model consistent with the measured curve of nuclear power units,so that the time constant of steam generators can be determined.The effective acquisition of the time constant of steam generators can help guide the rhythm of nuclear steam turbines regulating the power of generator units,and prevent over-regulation,insufficient regulation and unstable regulation process of the power of generator units.
