摘要
采用自主设计的搅拌反应釜压力装置,以CO2和CH4(1∶1,体积比)混合气体作为原料气,MDEA为主吸收剂,分别添加PZ、DEA、DETA和DIPA作为活化剂,复合体系总质量分数40%,优选最佳的CO2驱返排气中CO2回收MDEA复合体系。通过饱和吸收量、吸收速率、再生速率、再生率对比分析,得出各体系最佳配比分别为:35%MDEA+5%PZ、37%MDEA+3%DEA、35%MDEA+5%DETA、35%MDEA+5%DIPA。对4种优选的配方体系的吸收性能和再生性能进行综合分析,得出DETA对MDEA溶液吸收及再生性能提升最大,35%MDEA+5%DETA是最佳的二元复配溶液:吸收实验中最大吸收量为0.953 mol CO2·mol-1胺,最大平均吸收速率为5.822 mol CO2·min-1,再生实验中最大再生率为95.3%,最大平均再生速率为27.4×10-3 mol CO2·min-1。
Using the self-designed pressure device of agitated reactor,using the mixture gas of CO2 and CH4 with the volume ratio of 1∶1 as the feed gas,and MDEA as the main absorbent,and adding PZ,DEA,DETA,and DIPA as the activators,respectively,we optimized the MDEA composite system for recovery of CO2 from CO2 flooding produced gas with the total mass fraction of the composite system of 40%.Through the comparative analyses of saturated absorption capacity,absorption rate,regeneration rate,and regeneration ratio,the optimum proportion of each system is determined as follows:35%MDEA+5%PZ,37%MDEA+3%DEA,35%MDEA+5%DETA,and 35%MDEA+5%DIPA.The comprehensive analyses of the absorption and regeneration properties of the four optimized formula systems indicate that DETA can increase the absorption and regeneration performance of MDEA solution to the greatest extent,and a solution of 35%MDEA+5%DETA is the optimum binary composite:in the absorption experiment,the maximum absorption capacity of the composite solution is 0.953 mol CO2·mol-1 amine,and the maximum average absorption rate is 5.822 mol CO2·min-1;in the regeneration experiment,the maximum regeneration ratio is 95.3%,and the maximum average regeneration rate is 27.4×10-3 mol CO2·min-1.
