摘要
试验研究了2024-T3铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接接头在EXCO溶液中的腐蚀行为以及腐蚀后力学性能的退化情况。观察了接头在EXCO溶液中的浸泡腐蚀形貌,并对腐蚀后的力学性能进行测试。采用电化学腐蚀试验检测了接头在EXC0溶液中的极化曲线。研究结果表明:搅拌摩擦焊接接头焊核区耐蚀性低于母材的,电化学测试结果和浸泡腐蚀结果一致,浸泡腐蚀后接头拉伸性能显著降低。
The corrosion behavior and mechanical properties degradation of 2024-T3 aluminum alloy friction-stir-welded(FSWed)joint in EXCO solution were investigated.The corrosion morphology of the joint in EXCO solution and the mechanical properties of the joint after immersion corrosion were analyzed.The polarization curves of joints in EXCO solution were measured by electrochemical corrosion test.The results show that the base metal presents better corrosion resistance than the stir zone.The immersion corrosion result and the electrochemical corrosion testing result both show this conclusion.After immersion corrosion the tensile properties decreases heavily.
