摘要
目的:探讨体育活动对青少年人际交往能力的影响及身体自尊、整体自尊在其中的中介作用。方法:采用体育活动等级量表、身体自我描述问卷、Rosenberg自尊量表、初中生人际交往能力问卷对北京市435名中学生进行调查,被试的年龄为14.92±1.76岁。结果:(1)参加中等及以上体育活动量的个体在人际交往能力上显著高于少量体育活动的个体(P<0.01)。(2)参加大量体育活动的个体在身体自尊、整体自尊上显著高于少量体育活动的个体(P<0.05)。(3)体育活动不仅可以直接影响青少年人际交往能力,还可以通过三条路径间接影响人际交往能力:体育活动→身体自尊→人际交往能力;体育活动→整体自尊→人际交往能力;体育活动→身体自尊→整体自尊→人际交往能力。结论:中等及以上的体育活动量有助于促进青少年人际交往能力;大量体育活动能够提升青少年身体自尊和整体自尊;体育活动不仅可以直接影响青少年人际交往能力,还可以通过促进身体自尊、整体自尊,进一步改善人际交往能力。
Objective To explore the impact of physical activities on adolescents’ interpersonal competence: the mediating effect of body-esteem and self-esteem. Methods The physical activity rating scale,physical self-description questionnaire,Rosenberg self-esteem scale,and interpersonal competence questionnaire were used to investigate 435 participants selected from a middle school in Beijing.The mean age of the subjects was 14.92 ± 1.76 years. Results(1) Adolescents who participated in no less than moderate amount of physical activities showed stronger interpersonal competence(P<0.01).(2)Adolescents who participated in a large amount of physical activities appeared higher self-esteem(P<0.05).(3)Physical activity could not only directly influence interpersonal competence of adolescents,but also had an indirect effect through three ways(physical activities→ body-esteem→ interpersonal competence;physical activities→ self-esteem→ interpersonal competence and physical activities→ bodyesteem→ self-esteem→ interpersonal competence). Conclusion Moderate and larger amount physical activities are beneficial to interpersonal competence. A large amount of physical activities can enhance the self-esteem. Adolescents conducting moderate amount of physical activities can enhance their selfesteem,and ultimately increase interpersonal competence.
