基于STD-R数字化技术的电缆敷设三维设计方法探究 被引量:6

摘要 随着数字化三维设计在电力行业的广泛应用,传统二维平面设计逐步转变为三维可视化正向设计。电缆敷设作为电气设计的重要组成部分,对后期施工和运维都有着很大影响,然而传统二维设计已无法解决因电缆数量繁多、路径复杂而导致的交叉碰撞等问题,使其在设计优化及成本控制方面有很大提升空间。以某变电站为例,总结了基于STD-R平台的数字化三维电缆敷设的设计流程、设计思路以及应用效果,并探讨了软件应用中遇到的问题及解决办法,为该平台在今后实际工程设计推广中提供理论借鉴。 With the widespread application of digital 3D design in the power industry,the traditional 2D graphic design has gradually transformed into a 3D visualization forward design.Cable laying,as an important part of electrical design,has a great impact on following construction,operation and maintenance.However,traditional two-dimensional design has been unable to solve problems such as cross collision caused by large quantities of cables and complicated paths.It is required to be significantly improved in design optimization and cost control.Taking a substation as an example,the design process,design ideas,and application effects of digital 3D cable laying based on the STD-R platform are summarized,and the problems encountered in software applications and solutions are discussed to provide theoretical references for promotion of the platform in practical design in the future.
