摘要
目的观察胃癌术后应用中药穴位贴敷护理对患者胃肠功能恢复情况的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年5月甘肃省肿瘤医院进行胃癌手术治疗的160例患者,采用随机数表法分为4组,A组进行常规治疗,B组行常规治疗+气消胀艾盐包热敷神阙治疗,C组行常规治疗+穴位贴敷治疗,D组行气消胀艾盐包热敷神阙联合穴位贴敷。比较不同治疗方法对患者腹胀程度、首次肛门排气时间、首次肛门排便时间、术后住院天数的影响。结果B、C、D 3组患者腹胀程度、首次肛门排气时间、首次肛门排便时间、术后住院天数均明显低于A组(P<0.05);其中D组患者的腹胀程度、首次肛门排气时间、术后住院天数明显低于B、C两组(P<0.05),首次肛门排便时间明显低于B组(P<0.01)。结论行气消胀艾盐包热敷神阙联合穴位贴敷治疗时患者的腹胀程度、首次肛门排气时间、首次肛门排便时间、术后住院天数明显优于其他方法。
Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gastric cancer.Methods From January 2017 to may 2019,A total of 160 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into four groups.Group A was treated with routine therapy,Group B was treated with routine therapy+Qixiaoqiaoai hot compress,Group C was treated with routine therapy+acupoint application,Group D was treated with Shenque hot compress combined with acupoint application.The influence of degree,time of first anal exhaust,time of first anal defecation and postoperative hospital stay.Results The degree of abdominal distention,the time of first anal exhaust,the time of first anal defecation and the days of hospitalization in group B,C and D were significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05),among which the degree of abdominal distention,the time of first anal exhaust and the days of hospitalization in group D were significantly lower than those in group B and C(P<0.05),and the time of first anal defecation was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.01).Conclusion The degree of abdominal distension,the time of first anal exhaust,the time of first anal defecation and the length of postoperative hospital stay were obviously better than other methods.
