玉米秸秆成型颗粒热解特性 被引量:1

Pyrolysis characteristics of corn straw pellets

摘要 利用自制固定床反应器,研究300,500,700℃条件下玉米秸秆成型颗粒的热解产物,对比分析玉米秸秆成型颗粒和粉末的热解气、液、固三相产物特性,阐明成型颗粒热解特性。结果表明:(1)同一温度下,成型颗粒的热解固体产物大于粉末的热解固体产物约10%,液体产物与之相反;随温度升高,热解固体产物呈下降趋势,液体产物呈先升高后降低,气体产物呈增高趋势;(2)玉米秸秆成型颗粒与粉末热解气体主要成分为CO2、CO、H2、CH4,热解过程气体变化规律无明显区别,但同一温度的热解气体组成含量不同;(3)玉米秸秆成型颗粒热解生物油主要成分为酸、呋喃、酮、醛、酚、醇等物质,温度越高,酚类物质含量越大;热解生物油中,500℃粉末热解产物的酮类接近于500℃成型颗粒,酚类接近于700℃成型颗粒的热解产物。 Corn straw pellets were pyrolyzed in fixed bed reactor at the temperatures of 300,500,700 ℃,respectively.The pyrolysis characteristics of corn stalk pellets and powder were clarified by analyzing the gas,liquid and solid products.At the same pyrolysis temperature,the solid product of corn straw pellets is about 10% larger than that of the powder samples,and the liquid product is the opposite.With the increase of temperature,the solid products decreased,the liquid products increased first and then decreased,and the gas products increased.The main components of gases of corn stalk pellets and powders are CO2,CO,H2 and CH4 at the different temperatures.There is no obvious difference in the change regulation of the gases during the pyrolysis process,but the content of gases at the same temperature is different.The components of biooil from the pyrolysis of corn straw pellets are acid,furan,ketone,aldehyde,phenol and alcohol,and so on.Among them,the content of phenol increased with the increase of pyrolysis temperatures.In components of biooil,the ketones of the pyrolysis products of powder at 500 ℃ are close to that of pellets at 500 ℃;and at 700 ℃ for phenols.
