摘要
针对既有住区居民自发选择交谈场所与公共空间设计不完全匹配的现象,引用"社会向心空间"概念分析研究居民自发选择形成具有凝聚力的交往场所,通过实地调研与空间句法探索"社会向心空间"产生的根源及影响因素,即"人类交往的天性是产生自发性人际互动的主观因素"、住区"道路可达性"及"空间围合程度"是住区空间结构对"社会向心空间"的客观影响因素,并提出以"社会向心空间"为导向的住区设计新思路。
In view of the phenomenon that the spontaneous selection of place for conversation amongst residents of existing communities does not match the design of public space, this paper introduces the concept of "social centripetal space" to analyze and study the formation of cohesive places for communication. By field research and space syntax, it explores the deep causes and influence factors of "social centripetal space", concluding that "the nature of human communication is the subjective factor that produces spontaneous interpersonal interaction", the "accessibility of roads" and "the degree of spatial enclosure" in residential areas are objective factors of the spatial structure of residential areas on "social centripetal space". It also offers a new idea of residential area design oriented towards "social centripetal space".
