摘要
免疫性血小板减少症(Immune thrombocytopenic purpura,ITP)是儿童常见的以皮肤、黏膜出血为主要表现的免疫性出血性疾病,激素、丙种球蛋白等西医治疗副作用较多,停药易反复,致长期疗效不甚满意。余惠平教授从事儿科临床近30余年,在运用中医药治疗免疫性血小板减少症方面积累了丰富的临床经验,并受新安医学“固本培元、调理脾肾”学术思想的启发,于继承中加以创新,创立扶正解毒法治疗持续性、慢性免疫性血小板减少症,临床疗效显著。
Immune thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP)is a common immune hemorrhagic disease mainly manifested by skin mucous membrane bleeding in children.Western medical therapies such as hormones and gamma globulin have not shown satisfying long-term results due to their side effects and disease relapse after the drugs are stopped.With more than three decades of clinical practice in pediatrics,Professor Yu Huiping has accumulated rich clinical experience in treating ITP by traditional Chinese medicine.Inspired by the academic idea of“consolidating root and restoring the vitality,regulating spleen and kidney”developed by the school of Xin′an medicine,Professor Yu Huiping has proposed Fuzheng Jiedu Therapy(reinforcing healthy qi,removing toxin)for treating ITP and has achieved a good clinical effect.
