摘要
目的探讨呼吸训练对胸腔镜肺大疱切除术后患者生活质量和呼吸功能的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2018年11月在江苏省徐州市中心医院接受胸腔镜肺大疱切除术的68例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组实施常规术后康复训练,观察组在常规术后康复训练的基础上实施呼吸训练。比较两组患者生活质量(SF-36量表评分)、肺功能指标、生理及心理应激指标以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者术后SF-36量表各因子分及肺功能指标均明显高于对照组,生理及心理应激指标均明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为8.82%,明显低于对照组的41.18%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜肺大疱切除术患者应用呼吸训练可有效改善术后生活质量及呼吸功能,降低生理及心理应激反应,减少并发症的发生,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of respiratory training on quality of life and respiratory function of patients undergoing thoracoscopic alveolar resection. Method 68 patients with thoracoscopic bullaectomy admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the subjects of study. They were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group(34 cases) received respiratory training and the control group(34 cases) received routine postoperative rehabilitation. The quality of life scale(SF-36), pulmonary function, physiological and psychological stress and complications were observed and recorded in the two groups, and then compared and analyzed. Result There was significant difference in SF-36 score, lung function, physiological and psychological stress indicators between the two groups(P<0.05). And in the incidence of complications between the two groups(8.82% vs 41.18%, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of respiratory training in patients undergoing thoracoscopic bullaectomy can effectively improve the quality of life and respiratory function, reduce the physiological and psychological stress reaction of patients, and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
