摘要
为优化线上导诊功能及智能医疗应用的用户体验。通过对智能医疗用户群体的痛点和需求进行挖掘,分析了目前三款热门医疗APP中的导诊功能的交互设计。目前线上导诊功能优劣各异,在可用性上表现欠佳。提出的设计要点可为今后智能医疗应用开发提供参考。
To optimize the online experience of referrals and smart medical applications.Through the mining of the pain points and needs of the intelligent medical user group,the interaction design of the guiding functions in the three popular medical apps is analyzed.At present,the online referral function has different advantages and disadvantages,and the performance is not good.The proposed design points can provide reference for the development of smart medical applications in the future.
