摘要 针对液压ABS制动压力调节器现有的测试项单一、总成密封性能难以保证和柱塞泵功能等测试问题,研制一套基于LabVIEW的检测系统。基于不同型号的总成测试要求,设计工装可调、可快速切换的装夹机构,以满足柔性化测试的实际需要。针对高速电磁阀开关动作切换时压力的微弱变化,设计数据高速采集系统,采用PCI-1715U模拟量高速采集板卡,配合电缆PCL-10137和端子板ADAM-3937,以软件触发方式采集模拟电压信号,实现对电磁阀动作前后压力微弱变化的数据采集;基于开发测试软件及数据采集结果,引入系统评定方法,对其重复性进行分析,依据评定指南要求重复性能力指数Cg≥1.67,实现对调节器总成测试项性能的有效判别。 A set of LabVIEW-based test system is developed to solve the existing problems of single test item of the hydraulic ABS brake pressure regulator,the difficulty in ensuring the sealing performance of the assembly and the function of the plunger pump.Based on the requirements of different types of assembly testing,the clamping mechanism with adjustable and fast switching of tooling is designed to meet the practical needs of flexible testing.In view of the slight change of pressure during high-speed solenoid valve switching,a high-speed data acquisition system was designed.PCI-1715U analog data acquisition board card was used,and PCL-10137 cable and ADAM-3937 terminal board were used to collect simulated voltage signal by means of software trigger to realize the data acquisition of slight change of pressure before and after the solenoid valve operation.Based on the development of test software and data acquisition results,the system evaluation method is introduced to analyze the repeatability,and the repeatability ability index Cg≥1.67 is required according to the evaluation guide,so as to effectively identify the performance of the regulator assembly test item.
