摘要
本试验研究了维生素D3对生长兔赖氨酸利用率的影响。试验选择了162只平均体重为(491±38)g的生长兔,随机分为9组,每组6个重复,每个重复3只。试验日粮采用3×3因子设计,维生素D3为0、500和1000 IU/kg,赖氨酸水平为0、0.5和1.0 g/kg。结果发现,日粮添加赖氨酸显著影响兔子末重、平均日增重和料重比(P<0.05),而维生素D3有改善料重比的趋势(P=0.06)。试验结束前8 d,每组分别选择5只生长兔进行代谢试验。结果显示,日粮赖氨酸和维生素D3水平对氮摄入量的影响具有显著交互作用(P<0.05),维生素D3有增加氮摄入量的趋势(P=0.08)。赖氨酸显著提高氮摄入量和氮沉积量(P<0.05)。日粮添加赖氨酸血清总蛋白、白蛋白和钙浓度显著提高(P<0.05),血清胆固醇水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:在添加赖氨酸的日粮中,维生素D3并没有提高赖氨酸利用率。另一方面,无论是否添加维生素D3,赖氨酸均可改善生长兔的日增重、维持氮平衡和血清生长激素浓度。
The effect of vitamin D3 on lysine utilization in growing rabbits was studied.A total of 162 rabbits with an average body weight of(491±38)g were selected and randomly divided into 9 groups with 6 replicates for each group and 3 for each replicate.Test the diet USES 3×3 factorial design,vitamin D3 is 0,500,and 1000 IU/kg,lysine level 0,0.5,and 1.0 g/kg.The results showed that the addition of lysine in the diet significantly affected the final weight,average daily weight gain and feed to weight ratio(P<0.05),while vitamin D3 showed a tendency to improve the feed to weight ratio(P=0.06).8 d before the end of the test,each group choose five rabbit metabolic experiment was carried out respectively,the results show the diet lysine and vitamin D3 levels of interaction has significant influences on the nitrogen intake(P<0.05),vitamin D3 has a tendency to increase nitrogen intake(P=0.08).Lysine significantly increased nitrogen intake and nitrogen deposition(P<0.05).Dietary lysine significantly increased serum total protein,albumin and calcium concentrations(P<0.05),and significantly reduced serum cholesterol levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:vitamin D3 does not improve lysine utilization in the diet supplemented with lysine.On the other hand,lysine can improve the daily weight gain,maintain nitrogen balance and serum growth hormone concentration of rabbits,whether or not vitamin D3 is added.
