摘要
数字经济已经成为高质量发展的引擎,数字经济引领高质量发展的逻辑是在企业层面形成了新的盈利模式,实现了范围经济与规模经济的结合。在产业层面促进了产业组织模式和产业结构的变化,推动了新产业组织成长和产业融合。在宏观经济层面优化了资源配置方式,提高了规划和决策的科学性。数字经济引领高质量发展的机制是由质量变革、效率变革、动力变革三大机制来实现的。数字经济引领高质量发展的路径在于促进企业数字化转型,引领微观经济领域实现高质量发展。促进数字经济与实体经济的深度融合,引领中观经济领域实现高质量发展。打造平台经济和新业态经济,引领宏观经济的高质量发展。完善支持体系,引领数字经济高质量发展支持系统的构建。促进新型基础设施建设,完善数字经济引领高质量发展的基础条件。
The digital economy has become the engine of high-quality development.The logic of digital economy leading to high-quality development has formed a new profit model at the enterprise level,and realized the combination of scope economy and scale economy.At the industrial level,it promotes changes in the industrial organization model and industrial structure,and promotes the growth of new industrial organizations and industrial integration.At the macroeconomic level,the resource allocation method has been optimized,and the science of planning and decision-making has been improved.The mechanism that the digital economy leads to high-quality development is composed of three major mechanisms:quality change,efficiency change,and dynamic change.The path of the digital economy leading high-quality development lies in promoting the digital transformation of enterprises and leading the micro-economic field to achieve high-quality development;promoting the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy,and leading the macro-economic sector to achieve high-quality development;Building a platform economy and a new business economy,leading the high-quality development of the macro economy;Improving the support system and building a support system for the high-quality development of the digital economy.Promting the constraction of new infrastruture and improving the basic conditions for digital economy to lead high-quality development.
