摘要
创新驱动发展是国家提升国际竞争力,实现经济高质量发展的重要途径。高技术产业创新驱动发展能力的高低直接影响到综合国力。通过建立高技术产业创新驱动发展能力指标体系,对长江经济带10年间高技术产业创新驱动发展能力进行评价,并对长江经济带11个省市进行比较分析,发现长江经济带区域高技术产业创新驱动发展能力逐年提升,但是区域差异明显,尤其创新投入、创新转化以及创新效益这3个维度差异最大。
Innovation-driven development is an important way for China to improve the international competitiveness and achieve high-quality economic development.The innovation-driven development capability of the high-tech industry has a direct impact on the comprehensive national strength.By adopting a newly designed index system,the paper makes an evaluation of the innovation-driven development capability of the high-tech industry in the Yangtze River economic zone in the recent decade and makes a comparative analysis of the situation in eleven provinces and cities.The result reveals that the innovation-driven development capability of the high-tech industry in the Yangtze River economic zone has been improving yearly,but there is a sharp regional difference,particularly in innovation input,innovation transformation,and innovation benefits.
