摘要
结合江西“三农”发展取得的显著成效,分析了江西省“三农”发展中存在的农业生产效益低下、农业经济结构不合理、农业资源污染严重、城乡居民收入差距大和农村治理结构不科学等问题,并基于乡村振兴背景下,提出了全面深化农业生产改革,提高农业生产效益;优化农业经济结构,提高农业产业化水平;减少农业资源污染,促进农业持续健康发展;促进农民收入增加,缩小城乡居民收入差距;协调农村治理体系,促进农村治理结构科学化等对策建议。
The development of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”in Jiangxi Province has achieved remarkable results.However,there are still some problems in the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in Jiangxi Province,such as low efficiency of agricultural production,the unreasonable structure of agricultural economy,serious pollution of agricultural resources,large income gap between urban and rural residents and unscientific rural governance structure.Under the background of rural revitalization,we put forward reforming comprehensively deepen agricultural production,improving agricultural production efficiency,Optimizing agricultural economic structure,improving the level of agricultural industrialization,reducing pollution of agricultural resources,promoting sustainable and healthy development of agriculture,increasing farmers′incomes,narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents,coordinating rural management system,promoting rural governance structure scientific in Jiangxi Province.
