摘要
为了分析新型风电机组塔筒结构的静强度性能和低阶模态频率特性,分别对传统型、加筋型和混合型三种结构塔筒进行有限元建模,对比分析三种塔筒的静强度性能和低阶模态频率.仿真结果表明,混合型塔筒等效应力极值和刚度较传统型塔筒有所增加,低阶模态频率较其他两种类型塔筒有所提高.混合型塔筒在壁厚和材料的约束下具有更好的刚度,其结构使得刚性设计转速有所提高,有利于塔筒刚性模态设计.
In order to analyze the static strength performance and low-order modal frequency characteristics of a new tower structure for wind turbine,the finite element modeling for traditional,reinforced and hybrid towers was established,and static strength performance and low-order modal frequency of three towers were compared and analyzed. The simulation results show that the equivalent stress and stiffness extremums of hybrid tower increase compared with those of traditional tower,and the low-order modal frequency increases relative to that of the other two towers. In addition,the hybrid tower has better rigidity under the constraints of wall thickness and materials. At the same time,the hybrid tower structure makes the speed of rigid design increase,which is conducive to the rigid modal design of tower.
