新文科建设的理论内涵与实践路向 被引量:172

Theoretical Implications and Practical Path in the Construction of New Liberal Arts

摘要 作为我国高等教育“质量革命”的重要一环,新文科建设根植于知识生产模式转变、世界范围内的产业革命、我国新时期面临的发展难题以及高等教育自身发展新趋势的时代背景中。在建设目标上,新文科建设强调从被动适应走向主动引领;在学科管理上,强调由学科专业目录导向转向现实需求导向;在人才培养模式上,由专业培养走向多学科、模块化、产学研一体化培养;在涉及领域上,包括传统文科的转型升级、国家战略发展、新科技革命与产业革命、社会进步与人民需求发展所产生的新兴文科4个方面。在实践中,新文科建设需要在凝聚共识的基础上,重拾人文社会学科的现实关怀与批判精神,创新多主体联动的动态专业设置与调整机制,分层次、分类别地深入推进一流文科专业建设,并建立价值多元、方法灵活的文科评价制度。 As an important part of“quality revolution”in China’s higher education,the construction of new liberal arts is the result of the transformation of the mode of knowledge production,the worldwide industrial revolution,the development problems faced by China in the new era and the development logic of higher education itself.The construction of new liberal arts has a clear shift from passive adaptation to active guidance in the construction goal.In the disciplinary management,it emphasizes the shift from the disciplinary orientation to the reality-based orientation.As for the talent training mode,it transforms from professional training to the integration of the production,learning and research in the multidisciplinary and modular perspectives.In the field of innovation,it follows the transformation and upgrading of traditional liberal arts and the requirements of the national strategy,the new scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution,social progress and the development of people’s needs.In practice,the construction of new liberal arts needs to regain the realistic care and critical spirit of the humanities and social sciences on the basis of realizing the consensus,to innovate the dynamic adjustment mechanism of multi-agent linkage,and to promote it at different levels and categories for the first-class disciplinary construction with an effective evaluation system based on multiple value orientations and flexible methods.
