摘要
辅导员队伍已成为高职院校一个重要的职业群体,在高职院校稳定与发展中发挥着重要作用。随着社会和高等教育的发展,辅导员职业发展中的问题逐渐显露出来,辅导员的职业发展面临着职业发展困境。辅导员团队建设可拓展辅导员职业发展路径,是解决辅导员职业发展困境的有效途径。从高职院校辅导员职业发展现状入手,深入分析辅导员团队建设如何促进辅导员职业发展,进而从团队结构、团队目标、团队精神、团队运行机制等方面提出高职院校辅导员团队建设的对策。
Counselor team has become an important professional group in higher vocational colleges and plays an important role in the stability and development of higher vocational colleges. With the development of society and higher education,the problems in counselors’ career development are gradually exposed,and counselors’ career development is facing the dilemma of career development. The construction of counselor team can expand the path of counselors’ career development and is an effective way to solve the dilemma of counselors’ career development.Starting from the current situation of counselor’s career development in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes how to promote counselor career development through team building,and then puts forward countermeasures for counselor’s team building in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of team structure,team goal,team spirit and team operation mechanism.
