摘要
以椰子油(25%,质量分数)、棕榈油(25%)、橄榄油(30%)、甜杏仁油(12%)、荷荷巴油(8%)为基础油脂,采用水解、中和的皂化工艺,分别添加荆芥挥发油和荆芥粉制备成皂,并测定了成品皂的理化指标与抑菌性能。实验结果表明,添加荆芥挥发油或荆芥粉均可制备成满足国标感官指标的成品皂;实验条件下,直接添加荆芥粉制备的成品皂抑菌性能略强于添加荆芥挥发油制备的成品皂,当前者的皂液浓度≥2 mg/mL时,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有良好的抑制作用;其浓度≥1 mg/mL时,对白色念珠菌有良好的抑制作用。
The soap was made by taking coconut oil(25%,mass fraction),tung oil(25%),olive oil(30%),sweet almond oil(12%),jojoba oil(8%)as base oil,adopting the saponification process of hydrolysis and neutralization and adding volatile oil of Schizonepeta and Schizonepeta powder,and the physical and chemical index product and antibacterial properties of the product were determinated.The experimental results show that adding volatile oil of Schizonepeta or Schizonepeta powder can prepare the soap which matches the national standare requirements.Under the experimental conditions,the antibacterial performance of Schizonepeta-powder-soap is slightly better than Schizonepeta-oil-soap.When the concentration of the former soap solution is at minimum of 2 mg/mL,the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was inhibited;when the concentration is 1 mg/mL and above,the growth of Candida albicans was inhibited.
