摘要
收集Web of Science中Science Citation Index Expanded(SCI核心合集)2010年至2019年的有关紧张型头痛研究的数据,应用CiteSpace V5.3对机构、国家、作者、关键词共现,以及被引文献与作者进行共被引分析,并绘制可视化图谱。结果共获得有关紧张型头痛研究的文献2 294篇,年均发文量250篇左右;高产作者为Fernandez-de-las-penas C教授,常与ArendtNielsen L,Palacios-Cena M教授合作研究。高产国家/机构主要来自美国和丹麦的大学和研究所。收录和被引用最多的期刊为Journal of Headache and Pain,热点关键词有偏头痛、紧张型头痛、头痛、流行、流行病学。预测未来将围绕紧张型头痛与抑郁症、紧张型头痛的护理继续深入研究。针灸疗法治疗紧张型头痛在Web of Science中共检索到26篇,但中医药疗法在此领域中高被引论文很少,提示中医药治疗紧张型头痛的研究应着重将临床经验转化为高质量的科研成果,以进一步扩大影响力。
The article data of tension-type headache research in the database of Science Citation Index Expanded(SCI-E)of Web of Science from 2010 to 2019 was collected. CiteSpace V5.3 was used for the co-occurrence analysis of institutions,countries,authors,and keywords,as well as for the co-citation analysis of the cited reference,author. At the end,the relevant visual map was drawn. The results showed that a total of 2 294 articles were obtained, and the average annual number of publications was about 250. The high-yielding author is Fernandez-de-las-penas C, who often works with Arendt-Nielsen L and Palacios-Cena M. High-yielding countries/institutions are mainly from universities and research institutes in the United States and Denmark. The included and frequently cited journal is Journal of Headache and Pain. The hot keywords are migraine,tensiontype headache,headache,epidemic, and epidemiology. The future research trend can be predicted as the study on the relationship between tension-type headache and depression, and nursing care for the tension-type headache. A total of 26 articles about acup-moxibustion therapy for tension-type headache has been obtained from the Web of Science,but the high-citation articles about traditional Chinese medicine therapy are less,which indicates that more attention should be paid on the transformation of clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine therapy for tension-type headache into achievements in high-quality scientific research,so as to further expand the academic impact.
